Business Contractual Relationships

This Unit introduces you to the basic concepts of consumer law, employment law and the Law of Obligations. It will explain the nature and application of these laws as they relate to the business environment. There are 3 Outcomes in this Unit, which will be assessed individually. All Outcomes will be assessed by use of a case study, or case studies to test your understanding of the legal principles and how they can be applied.

Textbooks and class handouts will not be permitted. The assessments for Outcome 3 will take the form of an unsupervised home based assignment.
